Excellent room Tottenham Hale - 5 min to station

We are a group of friendly working professionals (3 guys and 1 girl) living in Tottenham and are looking for someone in October to join our house! We would love for someone to be a friend as well as a housemate, but equally are very respectful of personal time! :)

The property is a classic London townhouse, just a 5 minute walk to Tottenham Hale tube station (20 mins in total to get to Oxford Circus). There is a great a great retail park just down the road with Lidl, Iceland Costa, TKMaxx, etc, as well as several gyms in walking distance and a large Tesco.

For the house itself, there is a shared living room, spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer), 2 bathrooms, an attic, and a nice garden/patio area. We have the option for parking permits too - £80 for the year.

The room itself comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a garden view.

Unfortunately we cannot have students, this is a landlord requirement.
