Room in Fabulous Warehouse with Training Space

We currently have one room available for sublet. The room is available from September 24th, preferably for long term sublet, but short term would be considered.

Room: 3m x 3.55m. The room is internal with a window onto the main space. The room is partly furnished and has a bedframe, and a chest of drawers.

There is also a small area of storage space external to the room if you need it.

Communally the space has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet room, living room.

We also have a managed training space. The training space is primarily for use by housemates, and currently includes one pulley system aerial point, two crash mats, jigsaw mats, and a set of wallbars.

Because of the training space then although not essential then this is a perfect warehouse for circus artists/dancers/physical people.

Current housemates are all professional circus artists who perform and teach, and include a handbalancer, chinese pole artist, aerialist, and a juggler.

We are looking for a chilled, friendly, clean and considerate person who will respect and enjoy our home with us. Must not be allergic to cleaning as we all pitch in to keep the space looking clean and tidy.
We are all aged 30-44yrs, and ideally looking for someone aged 25+, but if you are slightly younger but very mature please do feel free to still message.

We are strictly not a party house, and are a non-smoking and non-drug taking space. 

We have a very beautiful grey tuxedo cat called Peppermint, he is 1.5 years old. So cat loving people preferred.

We are ideally looking for a long term sublet rental, with a minimum of 3 months.
The room is not suitable for couples to rent long term.
We are not looking to have any other pets in the space.

* For short term rent then this would be considered, please contact if you need the space on a short term basis/less than 3 months. Rent for short term would be £275/week inclusive of bills.

Long term rent = Minimum 3 months.
Per month: £725 + Bills
One month deposit.

Bills - Currently £132 per month. This includes gas, electricity, water, council tax (band D), sky broadband, tv license. Bills aim to stay roughly the same year round, fluctuating if rates change, or usage has been more extensive.

Location: N15 4QL. It is a 5-10 minute walk to either Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale station on the Victoria Line and Overground. Also a five minute walk away there is a Big Tesco, and a retail park where you can find a Lidl and many other shops. Around the corner is Markfield Park and a canal, and also Walthamstow Wetlands which is beautiful in the warmer months. It is within the warehouse district of Fountayne Road. 
Car Parking is available via permit for on street parking, or via a permit to park in the yard.
