Single room in great house near Turnpike Lane

Hi I’m Geoff and I rent rooms available in my terraced house on a quiet street in North London walkable to Turnpike Lane - Piccadilly Line.

I currently have a furnished single room available for short or long term lease.
All bills included - WiFi broadband, council tax and utilities.

Single bed - Ottoman so lots of storage space

It’s a shared house with live in landlord
I live in the downstairs rooms and work in design, I have 2 male tenants, one is a musician and is often at gigs, the other works in post production at SoHo.
Our age range is late 30s to 40s.

The upstairs bathroom and separate toilet is shared between the tenants only.
But there is a downstairs bathroom and seperate toilet also.

Large kitchen / diner is a shared space and great for cooking

There is an outside paved garden which is good for barbecues

There is a living room but available only some of the time.

The property is on a quiet street, 5 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane tube
You can get buses or to Finsbury Park / Crouch End / Hornsey / Stoke Newington etc

It’s near Green Lanes so lots of good restaurants and good bakeries.
The Salisbury pub is at the end of the road and cool bars are 5 mins walk away.

Re parking - you would need to apply to Harringey Council with car details and proof of address such as the Tenancy Agreement and pay for a parking permit.

I’m freelance work from home as a designer and artist I’m friendly and happy to socialise and I do the odd bbq and shared meal but also happy to leave you to your own thing undisturbed.

Would be great to create a nice place that feels like home for everyone,

Would consider Mon -Fri let’s

Would consider serviced rooms also.
