Rooms available, great house near Turnpike Lane

Hi I’m Geoff and I have 2 rooms available in my house - a very large (18ft wide) front double room with king size bed. Plus a large double room high ceilings with great proportions.
The upstairs bathroom is shared between the tenants only.
Large kitchen diner is a shared space between us and there is an outside patio which is good for barbecues

All bills included, WiFi Council Tax etc

The property is 5 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane tube or a bus to Finsbury Park / Crouch End / Seven Sisters etc

I’m 49, semi-retired and work from home as a designer and artist so I’m looking for quiet, friendly, easy going professionals who will be out during the day as I need to work.
