Couples room in warehouse :)

We live in a beautiful 8 bed warehouse space in the heart of the Manor House warehouse artistic community. We're looking for a couple to move in with us and join our unique houseshare/family.

Converted a good few years ago it still retains its warehouse feel. It has an open-plan communal space a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other a bath) - you will be living with 10 other people. We're currently having a kitchen refurb, so things will be fresh and tidy for whoever moves in. (we have a cleaning rota too so we're all house trained!)

There is a private small backyard, and a large shared space out front with a few other similar, friendly house-shares. Situated in a private, gated yard the neighbours are creative and artistic people, and there are regular exhibitions, events and parties if you want to search them out. Or it's just a nice place to live if you like knowing your neighbours and having friends close by. It's quite a unique setup in London.

Move in date is the 1st of June, we're just waiting for confirmation on this.
The room is supplied mostly unfurnished but it's easy to source cheap/free furniture from the local area or freecycle if needed. Council tax and bills are included to make things nice and easy. The only other cost is a £15pp monthly kitty which covers communal and household items, a cleaner every now and then, wifi and sometimes to go towards some agreed luxury or occasional parties.

We're a mix of people with different jobs, different schedules, ranging from mid 20s to late 40s, who are all open minded, welcoming and respectful to all. We enjoy each others company without being in each others pockets. Sometimes we cook together, or for each other. We have film nights and love a good debate in the kitchen every now and then.
We're a quiet household these days with less of our own parties, we're more likely to host a gig or a small event and there's always plenty going on around the area. We have some feline friends that live with us, so sorry no other pets to move in currently.
