We’re looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room as they will be moving out.

📍 Location: North London, Stamford Hill (happy to share more details on DM), Great transport links - 10 min walk to the Victoria line & 5 min walk to the Overground (Liverpool Street access)

💸 Rent: £883.33 per month (bills not included)

🛏️ The Room: A spacious double room in a lovely, cosy flat. The room came unfurnished, so she is selling her bed & mattress for £200 (in great condition, super comfy and fits the space perfectly).

🏡 The Flat: Clean, cosy, and well-kept with a really nice balance of social and personal space. It has an open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a shared bathroom.

👭 Housemates: You’ll be living with 2 females (24 & 26) who are working professionals.
