Hi everyone,

The time has come for me to move out of my lovely double room in the heart of Tottenham Hale, and I'm looking for someone to take over this fantastic space from 1st July.

Location:

The house is in an incredibly convenient location. Directly opposite is Tottenham Hale Retail Park, home to Lidl, B&M, Asda Living, TK Maxx, clothing stores, and plenty more for all your shopping needs.

Transport links are excellent:

Just a 5-minute walk to Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line & National Rail)

Around a 15-minute walk to Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line, Overground & National Rail)

The Room:

The available room is a spacious double room and the only bedroom located on the ground floor, offering a little extra privacy. It comes fully furnished with:

Bed and mattress
Grey armchair
Chest of drawers
4-cube storage unit
Clothing rail
Shoe racks

As I'm moving abroad, all furniture will be staying, making the room completely move-in ready.

The Housemates:

You'll be living with three lovely girls who are friendly and easy-going. Kirsty is studying zoology part time and is the occasional actress, Lilia studies contemporary dance and works in hospitality, Paulina is studying criminology and works bartending in central London.

We all have different schedules, but we're always happy to stop for a chat when we bump into each other around the house. One of the housemates also has a bunny shed in the garden, and the rabbits are absolutely adorable!

Bills average around £90 per month which includes council tax, water, electricity and gas and internet.

We're hoping to fill the room as soon as possible, with a move-in date of 1st July.
