Looking for a new human for our warehouse home 🌿

One of our lovely housemates is moving on, so we're looking for someone to join our home.

About Us:

We're Adele, Amy, Claire & Oli, and we all enjoy living together 👋😁 The house is home to 5 people (including you). Current age range is 25 to 40. We have care workers, a DJ, a photographer, and a theatre maker. We're all pretty independent with our own work, hobbies and social lives. However, on any given time you'll find us watching a film or a few episodes of something together, sharing a bite, gossiping over drinks, making each other cups of tea, tackling a jigsaw, borrowing from our ever-growing communal bookshelf, and the very occasional outings. None of it is expected and it's certainly not every evening or every week, but we like that our home feels lived in rather than just somewhere we sleep.

We're a queer and neurodivernget house and we're looking for someone who's happy living in a home where everyone feels welcome.

The warehouse itself is on the first floor (no non-stairs access) bright and spacious with loads of natural light and all the quirks that come with warehouse living. The previous owners had a lovely minimalist aesthetic that's still reflected in the space, but we're very open to the house evolving with the people who live here. If you've got a favourite plant, lamp, artwork or cosy idea, we'd love the place to keep growing with us. We're not a party house but we're always happy for someone to bring a bit of life to the space with notice and permission. If you enjoy hosting friends every now and then, or want to take the lead on organising something, that's ok 🙂

• Unfortunately no cats or dogs due to allergies.
• No smoking inside (can smoke outside)
• No couples
• Deposit: £590
• Rent: 590pm
• Monthly bills (gas/electricity/WiFi): Various per month. Never been more than £50 per person.
• Move-in date: 01/08/26
• Rota (necessary bc none of us like taking the bins out 😂)
• Bi-weekly cleaner included. Altho you're still expected to respectfully clean up & tidy after yourself.
