Looking for someone to rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with me in Dovetail Place, Lawrence Road, N15 4EB from 24/08/2026.

The property is a modern unfurnished apartment in a popular development, with a bright open plan living space, fully integrated kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, private balcony and access to a communal roof terrace. It is also less than 10 minutes walk from Seven Sisters Station, with access to the Victoria Line and National Rail, so it is well connected for getting into Central London.

The rent is £1,925 per month in total, which will be split equally, so £962.50 each per month. Bills will also be split equally between us, including council tax, electricity, water, broadband and any other shared household costs.

The flat would suit someone clean, respectful, responsible and easy to live with. Ideally looking for someone who is working, reliable with rent and bills, and happy to keep the flat tidy and peaceful.
