Sublet in Seven Sisters Warehouse

Large room available for 5 weeks, from 26th July until 30th August. Located in the Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale warehouse district.
The room is a large upstairs room with skylight window, king sized bed, and two big fans to keep cool! Sharing with 7 housemates, all very friendly and social but also nice chill vibes. We work a variety of professions, mostly 9-5 with two working in hospitality. We have one gorgeous but slightly weird cat named Cowboy. He mostly keeps to himself but will occasionally join for a cuddle.
The flat is one very large shared space with pool table, piano, and desks to work from home if needed. Shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a cleaning rota with one small task to complete each week (designed to take 10mins or less).
10 minutes walk to either Tottenham Hale or Seven Sisters tube station, less than 30 mins to central London! There is a big tesco, or lidl a short walk, as well as Asda and Tesco express for late night snacking.
Access to the flat is up one flight of stairs, and the bedroom is up another flight of stairs.
