A bright and spacious south-facing double room is available in a large shared house, less than a 10-minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station and Tottenham Hale Retail Park.

The bedroom is flooded with natural light throughout the day and overlooks the garden, creating a peaceful and relaxing space. It also offers excellent storage, including a large built-in wardrobe.

The house itself is generously sized, so there’s plenty of room to enjoy both shared spaces and your own privacy.

You’ll be living with three friendly young professionals – Ethan, Andre and Reuben. Everyone is clean, considerate and respectful of each other’s space, making it a relaxed and comfortable home. While everyone has their own routines, we’re also a sociable household and are always up for a trip to the pub or a catch-up when everyone’s free.

The location is ideal for commuters. Tottenham Hale Station is under a 10-minute walk away, offering excellent transport links via the Victoria Line and National Rail. King’s Cross can be reached in under 10 minutes on the Victoria Line, making it perfect for anyone working in Central London.

Tottenham Hale Retail Park is also just a short walk away, with supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and other everyday essentials close by.
