Room in 5 person shared house in north London

Leaving my room in this cozy 5 person shared house right off of Harringey Green Lanes (close to Finsbury Park, Turnpike Lane tube station, and multiple buses departing right around the corner). Big shared kitchen/common area plus a lovely little garden/patio that's ideal for sitting outside in summer months and lovingly kept up by one of our flatmates.
We're two girls and two guys, Sándor, Kasia, Marco, and Rukhsana, all from different areas of work. While everyone has their individual schedules and tends to like it chill and quiet, the common area in the kitchen as well as the garden can serve as a great place for to hang out for a little chat or to have a meal together.
We are looking for someone to take over my room that is ideally looking to move in long term, they should also have a stable income.

The room itself is £645 per month + bills which usually brings it up to just over £700 (possibly a little more winter months when heating costs rise).
