🌿 Large Creative Warehouse Room in Tottenham – Seeking Friendly New Housemate from september 1st

Welcome to our relaxed and friendly home in a converted warehouse in Tottenham! We’re a group of housemates in our late 20s to 30s — mostly working in creative and education fields — and we have a small, cozy room opening up this August.

•⁠ ⁠Large open-plan communal space with high ceilings, plants, dining area, and space to unwind
•⁠ ⁠Shared kitchen with room to cook, chat, and play music

£865 per month including all bills
(that also offer washing liquid, toilet rolls, bin bags, etc)

👥 About Us
We’re a house of independent but easy-going people who are often in and out — work keeps us busy, but when we do cross paths, we love a catch-up in the living room, helping each other problem-solve or decompress after long days.
Housemates include:
karma - knowledgeable medical herbalist who runs their own business
gigi - tattoo artist that works in a studio in soho
tash - graffiti / wall painter artist that shares her time between london & somerset
geo - just finished her fashion degree and is working in different projects this summer
We keep the place tidy through a simple cleaning rota — one person takes it on for a week at a time, then it rotates (via Google Calendar), so it’s roughly once every five weeks per person.

💫 Who We’re Looking For
We’re especially keen to welcome someone who brings a fresh perspective to the house. We’re looking for someone kind, self-aware, and easy to live with.

You’ll probably get on well here if you:
•⁠ ⁠Are self-motivated and good at managing your own rhythm
•⁠ ⁠Care about shared spaces and clean up after yourself without needing reminders
-Have experience living in warehouses or are adaptable, independent and respectful
-Appreciate a calm, friendly environment
•⁠ ⁠Are LGBTQ+ inclusive and respectful of others

📍 Location
We’re in Tottenham, around 10 minutes' walk from both Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters. The area has loads to offer — green spaces, cafes, strong transport links, and a growing creative scene.
