Tucked between Tottenham Hale, Seven Sisters and South Tottenham Overground, the studio is wonderfully connected — with plenty of buses and trains nearby to get you wherever you need to go.
Just a few minutes’ walk away are the Walthamstow Marshes, offering a lovely bit of greenery and breathing space when city life gets a little busy.
The studio is part of a vibrant creative warehouse community, surrounded by artists, makers, independent cafés and other wonderfully unconventional spaces.

The studio is east-facing, with large period windows that fill the space with beautiful natural light. There are 3.5m-high ceilings and a mezzanine, giving the studio a generous and characterful feel.
There’s also a spacious communal kitchen and hang-out area, along with some communal storage that you’re welcome to make use of.
The space is inhabited by 5 creatives and a very very old white cat.

We’re ideally looking for another creative or freelancer who will genuinely use and enjoy the space for their practice.
Some experience of warehouse life and communal living is definitely a bonus. We’re an open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly bunch and particularly welcome people who enjoy unconventional ways of living, value good communication, and are comfortable with setting and respecting boundaries.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and happy to contribute to a relaxed, creative communal atmosphere.
