Double Room in N15

I’m Katrina, and I work in media. I’m looking for a third person to join our lovely home in Stamford Hill.

I currently live here with another female flatmate. We’re both friendly, quiet, clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone similar who wants a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a busy or party flat.

The room available is a good-sized double bedroom with a brand-new bed, and there’s also a TV available if you need one.

The flat has recently been completely refreshed, including a brand-new kitchen and beautiful wooden floorboards throughout, and it has a really warm, homely feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as everything you’d need for cooking.

I’m vegetarian and love cooking, so the kitchen definitely gets used! I’m always happy to share a meal or a glass of wine too.

I’ll be using the living room as my own bedroom space, but I’m away quite frequently with work and often at weekends, so when I’m away the space will be available for you to use too. Because of the way the space works, I think it would probably suit someone who doesn’t work from home regularly, or who is out and about quite a bit.

The location is brilliant for transport. We’re within a 5 to 10-minute walk of Stamford Hill, South Tottenham and Seven Sisters stations, and Stoke Newington is also just a short walk away.

The rent is £750 per month, plus bills. ( around £100 )

The room would probably suit a female best, but I’m very happy to consider a male if we feel like we’d be a good fit.

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, tidy and easy-going who enjoys having a nice home to come back to. We’re sociable and happy to share a meal or a glass of wine, but we also completely respect each other’s space and independence.
