Double room in friendly 3-bed flat

We have a double room becoming available in our three-bed flat in North London.

The flat is spacious and has a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, an open-plan living room, a good-sized bathroom with a bath, plus an additional upstairs loo. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelf and a chest of drawers.

We’re in a great location between two parks, around a 15-minute walk from Seven Sisters station and 15 minutes from Green Lanes, with good transport links and plenty of shops, cafés and pubs nearby.

Rent + bills are approximately £839 per month, including council tax, gas/electric, water and broadband. Deposit required.

You’ll be living with Billie (32), a freelance set design assistant, and Caity (28), a Legal PA. Caithy works from home about two days a week, while Billie’s freelance schedule varies between long days on set and quieter periods at home, so the room may suit someone who mainly works outside the home.

We’re looking for a woman around a similar age, ideally someone who’s been in London for a little while and is settled here. We’re both friendly and sociable but independent, so it would be nice to find someone with a similar balance. Happy to chat or hang out when we’re around, while also doing our own thing.

We keep the communal areas clean and are looking for someone considerate, reliable and tidy who’ll share responsibility for looking after the flat. We’d like the flat to continue feeling relaxed, comfortable and like a home rather than just somewhere we all happen to rent rooms.
