The room is very spacious and cosy, with high ceilings and a large double mezzanine bed space.

It features a large IKEA PAX wardrobe, a desk and mattress, brick wall details and a large window.
The warehouse space features a spacious, tidy and airy kitchen/living area with a skylight ceiling, natural light - also v cosy in the rain. 🌱

the flat and room are well-heated, warm and cosy during winter, cool in the summer, this is an internal room.

Our front door opens out onto a private courtyard accessed by a security gate. the neighbours are mostly long term residents and there is a nice community feel
You’ll be living with me (28), Ashima (26) and Claudia (22) and Syd (21).
We often spend time chatting catching up, and we respect each others privacy and downtime

We like to prioritise a good vibe and a clean, peaceful space 🌿 the ideal housemate would align with this and be chill, easygoing, independent and responsible

We also live with two gorgeous and very kind cats!

In the centre of natural and green spaces such as Markfield Park, Springfield Park, 5 mins from a stunning Canal walkway and Walthamstow Wetlands

5 min walk from the Tottenham Hale Retail Park - Lidl, Boots, Pret, B&M, Asda Home &more. The retail park is also 2 mins from Tottenham Hale station which is in front of a TheGym, Asda Express and Tesco Express. Lots of nice local coffee shops, organic shops and deli’s around the Hale area.

Tottenham Hale tube: Victoria line, Overground & National Rail services direct to Stansted Airport & Liverpool Street). Buses from Seven Sisters station (5 min walk) have direct routes to Shoreditch, London Bridge, Dalston, Stoke Newington, etc. near a large Tesco + the new Seven Sisters market.

all bills, a regular cleaner and fast broadband is included in the rent

- please message with relevant info about yourself (include work, typical schedule & lifestyle, daily routine, what kind of person/flatmate you are, hobbies, age etc).

- would be best suit to someone who does not cook too often, who does not work from home, and does not have regular guests or partners over

- this will not be a long term let, but is flexible around 6/8 months or so
