We have one room coming available in our bright, clean, spacious north London warehouse and are looking a new house mate. We prefer no couples only to keep the numbers down in the house.

You would be sharing the place with four other people all in there early thirties, Katharine who is an artist and art tutor, Lewis who manages a bike shop, Rich who runs a CNC business and Ben a photographer. This isn't really a party house although we do enjoy some drinks and music on the weekend, and friends are always welcome.

There is a large open living space which receives plenty of beautiful natural light. We have our own kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, central heating. The room measures approximately 12ft x 7ft. The rent is ££530 per month, (all bills included), due on the 27th of every month. There is a deposit of ££390 to be passed onto the previous tenant. We are looking for someone to move at the beginning of July. The room comes with the double bed built in and if wish you can have the desk that is currently in there and the mattress (new 6 months ago).

Parking is free around the building.
Seven Sisters is 7min walk for Victoria Line and National Rail.
Tottenham Hale is 7min walk for Victoria Line and National Rail to Liverpool street, Stratford, Stansted Airport.
Local buses are 7min walk for Stoke Newington, Dalston, Shoreditch, Angel.
Tesco 7mins walk.
Retail park 5 min walk for amenities:, Lidl, TK Maxx, Wilko, B&Q, Asda Home.
Ikea is close by, 10 min by bus.
