Looking for a single person/couple to move in with me into the popular Imperial Works Fountayne Road warehouses in N15.
So a bit about the property...

It's a very large warehouse, with only TWO rooms hence the price but this is a rarity for the area. With kitchen, living area, bathroom and two bedrooms. In this case, the larger bedroom is being offered as well as large area in the main living room of the area that would be ideal for a photographer, fashion designer or any creative office space as there is lots of room and happy for it be a live work space for someone. (The equipment shown in the pics is not staying but just an example of how much space and how it can be used) The warehouse is right in between Tottenham and Seven Sisters station so 20 mins into Oxford Street and a great growing community close by. Huge 24 hr Tesco, Sainsbury's, an array of fruit and veg sellers. Happy for you to paint or furnish the room as you would like!

A bit about me, Lived in London my entire life so know the city and everything it has to offer pretty well. I am the Deputy Editor of a Fashion Magazine, so creatively minded and ideally would like someone who is the same. Being CLEAN is of the utmost important to me. Pitching into help clean when necessary is going to be mandatory but I am super into a huge array of music, films, culture, exhibitions etc. and totally happy with someone who wants to use the space as at home, is chill and friendly and kind.
