Beautiful double bedroom in shared house with garden and cleaner available August 1st.

Housemates have told me their preference is a female.

The house is located 5 minutes from Seven Sisters Tube Station in a quiet and leafy residential road. Downhills Park is a short walk away.

It's shared by 6 people on 2 floors with a shared kitchen diner, a South facing lawned garden and 2 bathrooms (3 toilets). You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person on the ground floor.

The room is spacious, on the ground floor with a a big bay window to the quiet+leafy residential road, a double bed, a large wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and shelves.

Others in the house are friendly professionals in their 20s and early 30s.

There is a cleaner once per week for communal areas.

All bills and fibre broadband as well as the cleaner are included in the rent.

The house generally looks very tidy and so we are looking for someone who fits into this and pulls their weight to keep it like this, too. Non-smokers only please.
