Looking for a 25+ female.. It’s a quiet flat, we don’t really drink, we're very respectful & super friendly n nice, tidy, l & clean. Small kitchen, but has absolutely everything you might need, we share all pots & crockery etc.

Would suit someone with minimal belongings as there is no storage space.
We have a shared garden, veg beds & an outdoor workshop area, as well as access straight onto the canal. We share this with 8 other similar flats, safe friendly neighbors & area.
