Spacious double room in Stokey!

Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bedroom home in Stoke Newington, as our current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend.

We’re two architects in our early thirties who’ve both lived in the area for a while. We love making the most of local pubs, parks, galleries, and cafés, and tend to have fairly busy weeks. We each work from home a couple of days a week and appreciate having a calm, quiet home to come back to.
(Yes, we both happen to be architects, but the house is open to all professions!) This is a relaxed and friendly house, sociable, but we also respect each other’s space. Matt is a keen cyclist and goes to several gigs a month. Bogdan is into food, cinema, travel, and visiting art galleries.

About the room and house:
• Bright, spacious room with plenty of space for a comfortable work-from-home setup
• Just 5 minutes from Clissold Park and 10 minutes from Church Street, with great cafés, restaurants, and a gym nearby
• Shared bathroom and kitchen
• Available from 1st August
• 1-year contract
• £900/month + bills (around £120/month for council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet)
• Unfurnished apart from a double bed
