Stokey room to sublet from April

Hiiiiiiiiii lovely people! I've got a double room going in a 4 bed house available for flexible SUBLET. I'm going to be moving out of the house temporarily and so need someone to take over my room for a month or two.

Please only message if you are fine with a sublet.

Exact dates are negotiable, but aiming to be sublet for at least the month of April.

The house is located in Stoke Newington, a 15 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland, has fantastic bus links and is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tesco.

The house gets plenty of light during the Summer, is in a leafy green spot, and tucked away in a quiet corner of the world.

There’s a kitchen/living room that backs onto a great lil outdoor

Space and communal green just outside. The house has 2 shared bathrooms, and is set over 3 floors.

Happy to accept someone on benefits or universal credit, as long as they are able to pay both rent and bills on time! No deposit required.

Rent - £950 per month all inclusive

About us - you’ll be living with 3 lovely people in their late 20s/early 30s who work full time. Also looking for someone in this age bracket!

Molly (she/her) - works for a Pro-Palestine charity, though previously worked at Stonewall. Is a master of Korean food and loves a pint at the local.

Steph (she/her) - very fond of reading and dogs. Extremely good cook and 10/10 dinner party host. Works in admin.

The subletter would need to be comfortable with dogs, as we regularly dog sit a whippet for a friend. His name is Pickle and he is perfect.

Accessibility: the house is spread across three floors. The room is on the 1st floor, up a flight of stairs. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and the second floor. There is a step from the street to the property entrance. The outdoor area is step free from within the house, but there is a step when accessing it from the outside. There is no intercom.

It is a very quiet house, and while it is not fully fragrance free, the common areas are not typically strongly scented.
