Two small double rooms available near Manor House

Smallest room

Looking for genuine, considerate flatmates who of course value their own space but who also enjoy socialising and treat the flat as a proper home. The communal space is limited so we feel its important to make an effort together.

Rent including some bills:
- Smallest room (first 3 pics) £592 per month incl. some bills.
- Second room (4th pic) £607 per month incl. some bills.
Gas and electric are topped up separately weekly so you would be responsible once a month, usually about £40 - this is part of the cleaning rota.

We do not have a living room so the flat consists of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath.

The area is extremely well connected:
- 2 bus stops are directly outside the flat and buses run every few mins.
- 10 min walk to Manor House underground (Piccadilly line) and 15 min walk to Seven Sisters (Victoria line)
The flat is a couple of stops on the bus from Finsbury park and a short walk into Stoke Newington area. Both have loads of cute cafes, restaurants, bars and charity shops.

Current flatmates:
Dakoda and Divianne - genuinely the kindest, loveliest people. Dakoda is Australian and works as a SEN TA. She loves reading, theatre, travelling, and jiu jitsu. She loves a good chat (whilst eating a thousand and one cookies). Divianne is French, currently working part time as a barista whilst pursuing her music career (so can be relied on for the best playlists). She loves hikes, guitar, swimming, and a good deep chat and laugh.

I am sadly leaving for Manchester and Beth (current tenant of the second room) is moving closer to her work in London. We are looking for either two random people or two friends to take over our lease. Beth is looking to move out from the start of August (flexible). I want to move out ideally on 22nd August.
