I am departing this wonderful flat to move in with my partner, otherwise I would be dragged kicking and screaminggg from this place!!! You will be living with the 3 best girls ever, we respect each other’s space but also love a laugh and catch up on the sofa.

Current tenants: Kate (29, Australian, Occupational Therapist), Rebecca (30, Scottish/English, Model Agent), Olivia (30, Australian, Make Up Artist)
Move in date: Wednesday August 19th, as close to this date as possible pls!
Rent: 815 per month, deposit to the landlord is 850
Bills: approx 112.10 per month - includes council tax, gas & electricity, wi-fi, water, monthly cleaner for communal areas

Who: as requested by the landlord - “somebody with a good professional job and stable income looking for a long-term lease”

as requested by the current girls in the house - female flatmate, late 20s to early 30s, friendly and easy going, works from home maximum 1 day a week (rest of us are all in the office M-F so want a girl to match our freak), looking for a long-term home with some fun girls, will need to pass referencing with a solid job so no students or unemployed girls sorry!

What: a lovely room in our beautiful flat!!! Will come unfurnished. The flat is split level with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Two bathrooms (one with shower over bath and another with shower), large balcony and lots of storage! Also have a deck and hugeeee rooftop for summer hangs!

When: move in date is from Wednesday 19th August (ideally as close to that as possible), subletting from me for the remainder of August until you will be officially on the lease from 1st of September. I will require a 100 deposit from you when subletting that I pinky promise will pay back to you if you keep the room in a good state until September.

The real deposit for the flat will be through the landlord after you do your referencing - it will be 850.

Viewings/interviews will be held on evenings of Wednesday 5th of August and Monday 10th of August.

Where: N16 postcode, on Stoke Newington High Street, close to Church Street, Clissold Park, great pubs, bars, food etc!!! Sainsbury’s Local can be spotted from the bedroom window
