Amazing Double Bedroom Near Manor House

Super spacious and Cozy Double bedroom in a 3 bed flat share in Manor House!!!

I'm a current tenant moving out by the 6th of December. I've been in this flat more than a year, but I'm moving out to a different area closer to my work. I am sad to go and leave 2 of my amazing flatmates, so looking for a female flatmate to keep the vibe going!!

It's super spacious and perfect for 'work from home' and its genuinely a rare find due to many reasons I listed below :)

- Rent: £867/month, Bills including Internet, Water, Electricity, Council tax (no gas): About £150. In total, it will be about £1000.
- Move in date: ideally around 6th of December.

- Double room with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobes so its furnished (bed is so comfy as I asked the landlord to change the mattress)
- Really amazing landlord, this is rented directly from the landlord via Openrent and we have a joint chat to discuss any issues. He addresses them in no time!
- Shared kitchen, living room, a bathroom, and a half bathroom
- 5 min bus/15min walk to manor house station and 20 ish min walk to Harringay shops like big Aldi, Sainsburys etc (honestly i loved it sm..)
- Spacious room and have plenty of storage spaces
- Living room is so comfy with great view ;) have a private garden space for residents outside as well

Most importantly, about the flatmates:
- One works as a graphic designer and the other works in public sector. Both in mid 20s.
- We are all very outdoorsy and love going on adventures. Whenever we have time, we always like to do activities together when free (play card/boardgames, nintendo, wii etc but also enjoy our own downtime)
- They are very easy going and genuinely so lovely!!

I'm usually working from home and can do viewing most times.

Once move in date is agreed, I'll contact the landlord to proceed from there. Signing docs and getting other things done will go smoothly :)
