Cozy room in Stoke Newington house with garden!

Looking for someone to take over my little room in our lovely 3-bed flat in Stoke Newington!

The room is small but cosy, and the rest of the house more than makes up for it with a spacious living area, separate kitchen, huge garden and patio that’s perfect for hosting. The flat gets lovely natural light and has a relaxed, homely feel.

You’d be living with Courtenay and Emily (both from NZ), who are social and independent, enjoy good food and the occasional dinner or drinks at home. We also have a very friendly cat who mostly keeps to himself!

The room

* Unfurnished, with the option to buy my bedroom furniture
* £730 + bills (around £120/month)
* Storage under the stairs available
* Available from 1st December (flexible)

We’re on a quiet street, just 5 mins from Rectory Road and Clapton stations, and within walking distance of Hackney Downs and Clissold Park.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, easygoing and keen to be part of a friendly home rather than just a house share.
