We have studios available in a friendly six-studio building in the heart of Stoke Newington, perfectly positioned where Church Street meets Stoke Newington High Street.

Each studio has its own private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette, giving you your own space while also having access to a large, fully equipped communal kitchen.

THE STUDIOS

• Room 3 — £1,350 per month
• Rooms 4, 5 & 6 — £1,450 per month

An additional £50 per month covers the communal kitchen bill, council tax, Wi-Fi and a weekly cleaner.

Each studio has its own energy bill, estimated at around £50–£60 per month, depending on personal usage.

Estimated total monthly cost:

* Room 3: £1,450–£1,460
* Rooms 4, 5 & 6: £1,550–£1,560

A spacious, fully equipped shared kitchen with:

I’m chris a model and DJ, so I’m out and about most days. Shweta is a strategist who works in an office, with a couple of days working from home.

We’re looking for people who would enjoy living in a shared building while having their own private studio and facilities.
