Beautiful Double Room-Female Only

Hello,

We have a large double room in a non smoking flat. The room has a great London view as you can see the pictures...

It's 8th floor and Private secured building and the flat is very close to Manor House Tube St(10 min walk or 2 min bus) and Stanford Hill Railway St(5 Min Walk). Big Asda and Sainsbury 10 min walking distance, a couple of off licence and a post office is only 4 min walk.

The Flat has 60 Mb Internet, Washing Machine, 2 Toilets and large kitchen which we use as reception room.

The Room consists huge built in wardrobe, a chest drawer, a big desk and one double bed

The rent is all inclusive(council tax, Tv licence, water and gas bills, internet) but not Electricity,
it's around 8-10£ monthly per person.

You can be professional or student as the room is quiet and clean
We are looking for a clean friendly flatmate respects others and helping us to keep the flat clean..
(like emptying the bin once a week, cleaning own dishes and utensils after using them)
Also there is a cleaning rota so everybody is responsible from cleaning every 4 weeks

You will be sharing the flat with 1 guy and 2girls..

3 weeks deposit and 1 month rent is required for moving
