We have a small double room available in our friendly Dalston house share from end of October (some flexibility with exact move in date).

We’re holding viewings on Monday 12th Oct and Weds 14th Oct.

About the room:
- Fully furnished double room, comes with a bed (with under bed storage space), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table.
- Rent is £907 per month

About the House:
- Spacious and bright 4-bedroom home in Dalston
- Shared spaces include a separate lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a sunny backyard that’s perfect for BBQs in summer
- Location: 5-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland, 10 minutes to Dalston Junction, and 20 minutes to Highbury & Islington
- Close to great bars, shops, restaurants, Clissold Park, and Newington Green - a great location and at a price that's hard to find in this area.

Costs:
- Bills: Approx. £125 per month (covers TV, broadband, insurance, utilities, and council tax)
- Deposit: £950 (no agency fees)

About us:
We’re Emma, Laura, and Rachael - between us, we work in charities, video production and healthcare. We like all the usual stuff - festivals, pubs, gigs, theatre, telly, wine, dogs etc.

Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who's friendly, respectful and kind. We're hoping to find someone similar in age and interests - who has their own lives, but also happy to chat/sometimes spend time with the house too.

Practical bits:
- Full-time permanent employment (needed for referencing)
- Landlord reference required
- Sorry, no pets, students, or couples
