The lodger will rent a small double bedroom and adjoining small study room, plus shower room with washbasin and wc for lodger's own use.

This is a peaceful environment with a leafy garden and suits those looking for a tranquil home setting in which to work, study or unwind! Not for party animals!

Rent of ￡850 pcm includes all bills and internet. I would ask for references, and one month's rent payable in advance plus a returnable security deposit. I am not asking for a full month's rent as the returnable deposit as the let is only for 2 months.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac but still really close to the buzziness of Dalston (5 mins) and the calmer delights of Stoke Newington Church St (10 mins). Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations are respectively 8 and 10 mins walk away and there are many buses for easy access to both the City and the West End.

There are good local shops nearby plus the usual high street stores at Dalston Kingsland, including Sainsburys, M&S and Boots There are also plenty of local bars, coffee shops and restaurants.
