Two bed Artist’s house to let short term – a modern 2 bed terraced house in Dalston / Stoke Newington borders.
This is a short term let available from 18th July 2020 until mid to late September 2020.

Downstairs

The house has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and microwave, gas hob and inbuilt fridge-freezer. There is a dining alcove with a table and chairs. In the living room there is a tv, dvd player, piano, two sofas and a further dining table.
There are also French doors opening onto a green, leafy garden with two patio areas, complete with table and chairs, and a small lawn.

First floor
Double and single bedroom, shower room and family bathroom
On the first floor there is a small sunny double bedroom and adjacent single bedroom so the accommodation would suit two adults or a couple with one child.
There is a small shower room with washbasin and wc and a slightly larger family bathroom with bath, over bath shower, washbasin and wc.

There is a further bedroom (mine) on the top floor, but I am not clearing out my belongings, so neither this, nor my studio on the first floor, are available for occupation. This is reflected in the rent. However I am letting out the whole house whilst I am away, so you will not be sharing with anyone else.

This is a peaceful environment with a leafy garden and suits those looking for a tranquil home setting in which to work, study or unwind!

Advertised rent of £1750 pcm includes a fortnightly cleaner, all bills and fast internet. I would ask for references and a returnable security deposit.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac but still really close to the buzziness of Dalston (5 mins) and the calmer delights of Stoke Newington Church St (10 mins). I used to cycle to work in the City and did walk there on occasion. Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations are respectively 8 and 10 mins walk away and there are many buses for easy access to both the City and the West End. There may be the possibility of offstreet parking.

There are good local shops nearby including a local Co-op and Turkish convenience store. There is never a need to queue here so the shopping experience is very civilised. There are also plenty of local bars, coffee shops and restaurants.
