Ensuite Double Room - bills inc

Hi, I’m Alice. I have a lovely double room with ensuite to rent out in a quiet house for a single professional.

(The room's available full time, but I'd also consider part-time if preferred)

THE ROOM:
The room’s furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. It also has a desk and chair.
The ensuite has a toilet, sink, and shower and will be for your sole use.
The room is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden.
All bills are included in the price, and there is a cleaner who comes twice a month and does the whole place.

THE HOUSE:
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, set off from the main road so it’s very peaceful and quiet, especially for a North London location. It’s a two bedroom house, with a good-sized kitchen (photos to follow, I'm repainting it this week), a large lounge/diner, with sliding doors out into the garden. Both the lounge and your bedroom are south-facing so get loads of gorgeous light.

It's a clean, tidy and chilled house for someone who needs somewhere relaxing to stay.

The AREA:
The house is placed perfectly between two overground stations, and a 10min walk to each of them.
Northumberland Park Station gets you to Tottenham Hale in 4mins, and to Stratford in 15mins.
White Hart Lane gets you to Seven Sisters in 4mins and Liverpool Street in 25mins.
In addition to these, there are LOADS of local buses to take you into East, Central and North London locations.

The Tottenham Marshes are less than a 15min walk from the house and a lovely bit of wilderness in North London to get away from it all.
There are also plenty of local pubs, parks, cafes, supermarkets and gyms in the area too.

A bit about me:
I’m Alice, a 38 year old who works in HR for an Events company. I usually split my week 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. When at home, I work in the lounge so I'm ideally looking for someone who’ll mostly be working out of the home, or is doing a similar split to me.
I’m very social – love going out to meet friends for a cocktail, theatre trips, dinners etc, but also very happy binging the new season of a series if I’m at home. Happy to have a chat and a cuppa/glass of wine if you want, but also happy if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself.

I have a dog called Piper (she’s the cutie in the photo with me). She’s super friendly and very much comes as part of the house so loving dogs is a must 😊
