A large, bright and fully furnished double room in a clean, friendly and well maintained house share for working professionals. This is one of the largest rooms in the house and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, dressing table and a built in wardrobe offering excellent storage. The large bay window fills the room with natural light, making it feel bright, spacious and welcoming. It is an ideal room for relaxing or working from home.

You’ll be sharing with four female professionals and one male professional, aged approximately 25 to 27, with a mixture of office based and hybrid working. We are looking for one person to replace a current female housemate who is moving on. All of the current tenants have lived in the house between 18 months and two years.

The house offers much more than just a bedroom. There is a separate dining room with a dining table, sofa and TV, providing a comfortable communal space to relax outside your room. There is also a private rear garden with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a summer barbecue.
