Double room

Hello! my name is Dov, I am the lead Tennant in this lovely house share.

we have a spacious double room available in our house in Tottenham.
*garden facing, quietest room*

we are looking for a young friendly professional, roughly between 25-35 yrs old - male or female, easy-going & clean to join our houseshare :)

Generally a quiet house but we enjoy the occasional hang out,
though its hard to catch everyone home at the same time as
most of us work in different fields / times.

* cost of bills are split equally between all the housemates

(there is also a downstairs toilet)

we are made up of 4 young professional males at the moment,

the house is located 10min walk from bruce grove station, or
5-10 min bus ride to turnpike lane station (bus stop right outside the house).

central london 20mins by tube
very close to amenities (seven sisters, wood green - shops, restaurants etc...)
