The room sits within a harmonious family home that is now an empty nest with two children at university - they will return from time to time mainly at weekends and term holidays. The shared living space comprises a kitchen, dining room and garden. The house is situated on a quiet street 7 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Station. There are supermarkets and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The ideal lodger will be quiet, self contained, focused on work or study.

We have two friendly cats but they would not have access to your room if the door is kept closed.

I am ideally looking for a weekday lodger but I will consider a full time lodger with appropriate rent adjustment. Council Tax Band E.
