The room is available for weekday rental only. It comprises the entire top floor loft conversion of a terraced house with ensuite bathroom.

Alongside a super kingsized bed there is a lounge area with a sofa and wall mounted TV for relaxing in your own space.

The room sits within a harmonious family home that is now an empty nest with two children at university - they will return from time to time mainly at weekends. The shared living space comprises a kitchen, dining room and garden. The house is situated on a quiet street 7 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Station. There are supermarkets and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

Ideally looking for someone who is largely focussed on work in London during the week and therefore looking to be quite self contained.

We have two friendly cats but they would not have access to your room if the door is kept closed.
