Small Double in garden and parking

Summary
Small Double room available inclusive of all bills, is available in a friendly, chilled, creative, house with all mod cons including a great coffee machine. The house is non judgy, respectful and open to all walks of life.
The double room has a small double bed, a large wardrobe and of plenty of shelves and additional storage spaces include plenty hanging space too . The price includes all bills and free parking. Being a cat lover would help as we have a few , outdoor most of time but plenty cuddly when they’re hungry.

House
There is a communal living room with a real wood-burning fireplace. Patio doors lead to a generous garden with a brick barbecue, a pond with koi and goldfish, a hanging chair, and additional seating at the back for those sunny day off days . There is also a covered patio great for evenings.
The kitchen features an 6ft fridge and similar sized freezer, so there's plenty of space for your food. It also includes washing machine, double air fryer, microwave etc. The kitchen is a great space to cook in and includes a hatch through to the living room.
The bathroom is shared and features both a double shower and a double bath.
Free parking is available outside the house, and there is a side covered entrance for securely locking up bikes.
The house has fast wireless broadband, Sky, and access to all major streaming services for those relaxing nights in.

Area
There are lots of local shops , including the obligatory 24-hour convenience store .. nearest pub is five minutes away and there is a lovely park directly behind the house which you will find most of our cats 90% of the time, they even sit with in the park with us in the summer. There’s also an Aldi and a Sainsbury’s Local nearby, and a Morrisons in a shopping centre in Wood Green.
In terms of transport, Turnpike Lane and Wood Green (Piccadilly Line) are close by. Slightly further are Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line) it takes me 20 mins to Kings Cross door to door but the nearest station is Bruce Grove which is a short walk, one stop to Seven Sisters and only 20 minutes to Liverpool Street I often work there too so I know it’s quick . Buses at the top of the road go directly to all four tube stations, and the 243 to Stoke Newington, Dalston and Shoreditch.

You’ll be sharing with a photographer originally from Cornwall, a sen teacher originally from Sunderland and sound engineer working in tv/film from Blackburn. We are all pretty easygoing. This isn’t a party house, but still we enjoy the occasional drink and chat after work. In the summer there is more space for barbecues and sociable garden time. There also plenty of room in the house and garden for alone time but it also includes a covered patio for vaping or smoking all year around.

The room has a wooden bed small double, a wardrobe, shelves and under bed storage and we can add more shelves if needed. The price includes all bills and free parking. We also have cats, so you must be an animal lover!

There is also a covered patio with a dining table, making it a great spot to sit all year round.
The kitchen features an industrial-style fridge and freezer, so there's plenty of space for your food. It also includes a super-silent, fast washing machine. The kitchen is a great space to cook in and includes a hatch through to the living room.
The bathroom is shared and features both a double shower and a double bath.
Free parking is available outside the house, and there is a side covered entrance for securely locking up bikes.

Bruce Grove station has just a roller disco, and there are two affordable multiplex cinemas in Wood Green. I also use the olympic size outdoor heated swimming pool in Crouch End, which isn’t far.

Someone with a professional job, but we will also consider students too. Ideally, you’ll work or study on-site, as one of us already works from home—but we’re also happy to consider a hybrid setup if it’s only a couple of days a week.
Smoking and vaping are fine—in the gardennor patio.

We’re easygoing, active, and love gardening, art, music, travel—and, of course, photography. This isn’t a party house, but we enjoy the occasional drink and chat after work, while still respecting each other’s space. There’s plenty of room in the house and garden for alone time. The rent is negotiable—we’re mainly looking for someone who’s a good fit for the home. Most people who move in stay for a while, and we’re still in touch with many of them when they’re back in London. And yes—you must love cats, because we have a few.
