Student-only Let Single Ensuite

Hello Community, I am renting my room at a student accommodation from June 1 to September 13, 2026. I am leaving the country so you'll have the room to yourself. Please see the details below and contact me for more information if you’re interested.

Basic information
- student accommodation with Unite Students
- single ensuite, queen-sized bed, personal shower room and bathroom. see pic 1-3

Note:
- The rent term is open to negotiation, and you'll be charged based on the number of weeks you book (mininum rent term = 2 months). I am happy to offer discounts to those who stay for a longer time: (20% off for booking 2 months or longer.)
- Per Unite Students’s terms, I’ll need to transfer my lease at the price of 258 p/wk to you. I will then personally transfer the amount of any discount to you.
- This is a student-only let room, so you do not need to pay council tax.
- I can leave my duvet and pillows for you if you want to use them.

- Really fast WiFi
- Hot water is fast
- Laundry room is very large, and I never had to wait to do laundry.
- Two large refrigerators in kitchen, 2 stoves (8 burners), 2 ovens, and comfy couches.
- Bicycle shed inside the building complex
- A court yard with tables and greenery.
- Good sound-proofing; normally can’t hear any noise unless roommates party in the hallway.
- Friendly staff: I lost my key card twice and asked them for many other favours (eg, repairs and maintenance). They are always very patient, helpful and efficient.
- Friendly vibe: decorations during festivals and accommodation-wide events, such as free pancakes, pasta, ramen, karaoke and movie nights.

- Right next to Tottenham Hale underground, overground and bus station.
- Large shopping centre 5-minutes away on foot. Lidl, Tesco, Boots, Asda, Curry’s, Pret, gym, and anything you can think of.
- Beautiful wetland park with running tracks, cycling tracks, fields and wildlife.
- Neighborhood is very safe with many surveillance cameras.
