Spacious en suite room in a top-floor 3-bed flat

Our friends have been part of this flat for the past three years, and now they're off to get engaged! So we're looking for a lovely couple to take their place at the end of June. The flat is a modern three-bed on the top floor of a new build and it's a beautiful place to live.

About us

We're two long-time friends who both work in music. We love hanging out at home, cooking dinner, watching films, chatting a lot of rubbish. But honestly, we both have partners and fairly busy lives, so you'll often have the place to yourselves!
We're looking for an easy-going couple to fill the room - ideally people we can become friends with and hang out with in the evenings when we're all around.

The flat

The living spaces are really spacious, and the balcony is enormous. Being on the top floor means it's really warm in winter and very quiet all year-round. We keep the place clean and tidy and have a cleaning rota (pretty loose, but it works, and it's important to us that we keep it that way).
The building itself has a great vibe, a nice little community, a private communal garden, and two secure bike sheds. Theres a couple of great pubs on our doorstep and Aldi is a 1 minute walk away. We have a great relationship with the landlord, he’s super helpful, quick to fix things and just a genuinely lovely family man.

The room

The room has a beautiful Velux window that lets in loads of natural light and overlooks the communal garden. It stays cool in summer and warm in winter. The en suite has everything you need!

Getting around

Bruce Grove Overground is a 5-minute walk away - one stop to Seven Sisters and you're on the Victoria line, so central and east London are very easy to reach. Buses are great too.
