Hi, we are Paul and Juliana, and the third housemate is our baby girl who will be 6 months old by the time you move in.

Rent is £740 and bills £250 so total monthly payments will be £990.

The house is a 4 bed Victorian house with a loft conversion.

Soundproofing and insulation throughout the house is excellent as it was recently renovated to modern building standards.

Our current lodger is moving out in early July, exact date TBC.

Your room is a very large loft room with all-day sunlight, let furnished. It's next to a brand new bathroom, which isn't en-suite, but of which you'll be the main user (I use the one downstairs).

The garden needs work but it's OK for a BBQ.

We're on a quiet, family street only 30 seconds from 2 local shops, and the 230 bus stops near the end of the street which takes you to Tottenham Hale in one direction and Turnpike lane in the other.

Quite flexible for viewings as there's usually someone home.

We are unable to accept pets, couples or children.
