Loft Suite | Luxury bathroom | Tottenham N117

Hi, we are Paul and Juliana, and the third housemate is our baby girl who will be 6 months old by the time you move in.

Our current lodger is moving out in early July, exact date TBC.

Your room is a very large loft room with all-day sunlight, let furnished. It's next to a brand new bathroom, which isn't en-suite, but of which you'll be the main user (I use the one downstairs).

The house is newly renovated. Pictures of bathroom, kitchen and front room to follow. The garden needs work but it's OK for a BBQ.

We're on a quiet family street only 30 seconds from 2 local shops, and the 230 bus stops near the end of the street which takes you to Tottenham Hale in one direction and Turnpike lane in the other.

Soundproofing and insulation throughout the house is excellent as it was renvoated to modern building standards.

Quite flexible for viewings as there's usually someone home.

No pets, no couples or chilren, no smoking indoors.

Everything included.
