ABOUT ME:
I am a live in landlord, 43 years old and work as a freelance producer in the TV industry. I spend a lot my free time in nature. I have interests in self development, holistic topics, consciousness and health.
My girlfriend Jameila lives here too, she is a nutritionist and is really friendly and kind.
Our other house mate Zoe works in the film industry, She is very sweet and nice.

HOUSE & LOCATION
The house is in the heart of briskly transforming and vastly evolving Bruce Grove on a quiet residential street a short 4min walk from Bruce Grove overground station. Direct links and convenient access to London Liverpool Street, West End and the City centre via the Victoria line one stop from Bruce Grove.
The house has a 2 lounges, bay windows, original period features, 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen, bright spacious garden, loft space, double glazing, gas central heating. The house has been well insulated so it’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

I am fairly flexible about the moving in date.
