1 month flex queer sublet N17 Bruce Grove

1 month queer sublet beginning September 1st - 30th September (can be flexible if you need past the end of the month into October).

Price is all in (£900pcm) bills included.

You’ll be staying with angel Becky (33, she/her) (pictured on the left) who has the second bedroom, in a beautiful cosy ground floor flat in N17, 5 mins walk from Bruce Grove Station/Aldi/ASDA.

Fully furnished inc bed, big wardrobe and desk. All belongings will be gone from the room as I’m moving overseas. You’ll also have access to communal areas for storage of bulky items like suitcases.

It’s a newly renovated bathroom, great kitchen and a big shared gated garden.

It’s a home not a house shared with our cat Kima who is very shy so don’t expect any cuddles. Big black cat energy, literally.
Not wheelchair accessible as both the front and the back door have a step into the building. Rest of flat is all one level though. Access via front door (doorbell/locked door into building, and then door with key into flat) or back door (locked gate with code, back door via key).

Neurodivergent friendly, calm and friendly space. Looking for someone to be a member of a home rather than ships in the night vibes.
