Tottenham Recreation Ground is a 2 minute walk from the property, making it ideal for anyone who enjoys having a large park nearby.

The flat is currently occupied by just one person, so you would be sharing with one other flatmate. Other arrangements regarding the room can be discussed if required.

The location has excellent transport links, with Wood Green Station around a 5–10 minute bus journey away, as well as easy access to White Hart Lane Station.

Rent: £825 per month + bills. Bills will be shared equally between the two flatmates.
