Looking for a third for a friendly sociable house

Ivan and myself (Will) have secured a four bed house a ten minutes walk from Turnpikes Lane tube station.

We will be moving into the new place on the 1st of October and are looking for someone to join us!

The house is a pretty large four bedroom, the three biggest bedrooms are all evenly sized and there is one quite small room. We intend to keep the small room as a storage space for the time being. The house has a decently sized shared living room/dining room and kitchen as well as a large garden.

The house comes essentially unfurnished and so we are looking for someone whos also eager to decorate and make the space a home!

We both love a festival or some techno (bonus points if youll come Unfold with us), but also cooking, a diy project on the weekend, or just having a chill evening watching something together.

We are both away separately for work but I will be returning in the next two weeks so we will likely have the first meetings with potential flatmates as a video call and then would love to meet you for a pint when we get back:)
