This flat was newly refurbished in summer ‘25 and I’ve been here for a year. It’s peaceful and everyone is currently quite independent, but I’d love to welcome someone who’s keen to make the house feel more sociable 💃🏽 Being clean, tidy and respectful is most important though - bonus if you like cats 🐾

The room is furnished, comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers plus double bed that has built in storage. Glass TV stand was also provided by the landlord

On a quiet residential street which is well connected to the overground (Weaver line, 10 mins walk) & there are 24hr buses from Lordship lane

Vicky line also relatively close (20min walk or 5 mins via weaver line) 🚂

Your room is at the back of the house so it’s pretty quiet! Working from home also welcomed - we have fast WiFi
