Spacious en-suite loft room in family home to rent

Hi, I’m looking for a friendly lodger to share our family home in West Tottenham near Turnpike Lane station. The room is very large bright and spacious with its own bathroom with walking shower and a gorgeous view over the park behind us. It comes fully furnished and the price includes all bills. The house has a shared living space and kitchen downstairs with a big kitchen and nice garden.
You’ll be sharing with me, Jaia, a sole parent with two children (12 and 5) so we’re looking for someone who ideally likes kids and can tolerate some chaos.
House has all the usual things including WiFi washing machine etc.
