A very good-sized double room is about to become available in our five-bedroom house, which has plenty of spacious communal areas.

The room is partly furnished and comes with:
- Double bed & mattress
- Small desk
- Chair
- Shelving unit
- (Possible clothes rail)

The pictures don’t do justice to the size of the bedroom, as it’s the biggest of the house.

We’re all working professionals, and two of us currently work from home. We’re a friendly and respectful household and are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces.

📍 Location: There’s a lovely park right across the street, and all the usual convenience shops and local services are just a few minutes’ walk away. Wood Green and Turnpike Lane Underground stations are around a 15–18 minute walk, and there are also plenty of bus routes nearby.
