A fully furnished double room is available from today, seven days a week, in a modern new-build flat in Tottenham Hale (N17). There’s no minimum stay.

You’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom, as I have an en-suite. You’ll be sharing the flat with just me, so it’s a quiet, comfortable home with plenty of personal space.

Tottenham Hale Station is just a 2–3-minute walk away, making the flat ideal for commuting into Central London.

Rent and deposit:
£1,250 per month, including Council Tax, electricity, water and high-speed Wi-Fi
£1,000 deposit
