Extra large and bright double bedroom

This is a LGBTQIA+ household in North London - a large and spacious 4 bed house and a moderate-large sized garden.

The available bedroom is an extra large double with lots of space, storage and is very bright (three large windows).The room includes four built in wardrobes and storage space.

The furniture doesn't come with the room, but if interested in these items would be open to discussing a very low-priced one off payment to keep.

The House includes a bathroom, a toilet room and a shower room, a communal living space, a bright and spacious kitchen with a well maintained garden.

We're looking for an LGBTQIA+/queer individual open to living in a supportive, respectful and community-based environment.

It's a 5 minute walk to Bruce Grove (Weaver Line), 5 mins train to Seven Sisters and 20 minutes to Liverpool Street.

It's 10 minutes (bus) to Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) or 20 minute Walk.

Also approx. 15 minute walk to Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line)

I'm looking to move from December but am not tied to a particular date so can be flexible and open to discuss what works for you.
