About the house:
We’re a friendly and respectful household looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces.
Location: There’s a lovely park right across the road, with convenience shops and local amenities just a few minutes’ walk away. Wood Green and Turnpike Lane Underground stations are approximately 15–18 minutes away on foot, and there are plenty of bus routes nearby.
Rent: £625 per month
Bills: Approximately £120–£150 per month
