Great large double room

Hello there

I have a lovely very large double room available.

I live in a Victorian 3 bedroom house with a garden and 2 cats. Due to bad experiences with really dirty lodgers, I have become a clean freak!. I only want clean people in my house who can clean up after themselves. There is also a cleaner Included in the price for the communal areas. I live near Bruce Grove station and have a large kitchen with a wireless broadband connection. There is no lounge.

There is a lovely garden to chill in and a log cabin to chill in when you want a bit of head space time.

S I M P L E . H O U S E . R U L E S:
CLEANLINESS - We need the property to be clean, that is whoever I choose to move in, must be clean and understand basic hygiene, for example, if you make a mess or use dishes, you must "clean as you go" fairly immediately and not leave it for another person to clean your dishes the next day :).

I am looking for professional people or students, flexible contracts are available. Independent lodgers please, landlords are not parents!

The street is very quiet, yet near to all the shops, buses and train station. It is very important any potential lodgers have up to date references From previous tenancy/college/university.
