A really nice double room available in a clean, bright and modern house.
The room is fully furnished single bed come double, bedside table, large trunk and wardrobe bookcase and shelving with high speed Internet access and is available immediately.

All mod cons available - washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge freezer. All major bills are included in the rent (council tax, water rates, gas, electricity and internet access).
You would only be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, lounge and garden with one other person – that’s me as a live-in landlady.
It’s a 10 minute stroll to Sainsbury, Asda, and Aldi, and 15 minutes walk to nearest Tube, Seven Sisters. The local gym and restaurants are all within an easy walking distance.
There’s on road parking, (Female student or working professional preferred, I’m in a professional job, am friendly, easy going, and courteous and work in central London. I’m learning to play the piano (I promise not to make you listen), I am also into yoga and love gardening.

The house is close to several station, Bruce Grove, Tottenham Hale, White Hart Lane and Northumberland Park
